Teach For America is an aspiring anti-racist organization. We say "aspiring" because we know we have work to do to be able to fully live into being an anti-racist organization, and are fully committed to doing the work necessary to get there. You can read about the process, our learnings, and action plan in this letter to corps members, alumni, and staff posted on our website.
To support in building an understanding of what it means to be anti-racist, we have developed a non-exhaustive list of anti-racism resources for your use that have been compiled by multiple sources. There are a myriad of resources out there, and we encourage you to continue your own research of them. If you have a resource you'd like to contribute to this collection, please email ctinfo@teachforamerica.org.
