R.I.D.E. Fellowship

Research & Invest, Deepen Engagement. This Fellowship allows alumni to work with TFA CT in conducting focus groups with various stakeholder groups as TFA CT explores the Educational landscape in Connecticut. Fellows of this program will gain valuable experience in community organizing and Qualitative research.

Alumni Working Group

This is a paid opportunity for Alumni that runs December 2022-May 2023. Alumni will work hand and hand with TFA CT Staff to drive where and how our work as a region is done. Alumni in this group will meet monthly to give feedback, make decisions and carry out alumni programs and events.

Rising Tide Fellowship

A rising tide lifts all boats and with the Rising Tide Fellowship. Teach For America CT aims to support emerging leaders within schools. With the help of our staff, fellows will support Early Career Teachers within their school through observations and coaching.
